mqwin Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and mqwin ("the Company", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the mqwin website at mqwin.club and all associated services, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, cashier, and customer support functions (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the mqwin Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional offer, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, understood them, and agreed to comply with them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the mqwin Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with mqwin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

Use of the mqwin Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or consultant of mqwin or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously had an mqwin account suspended or terminated for cause.

mqwin reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. The Company may suspend or close any account where age or identity verification cannot be completed satisfactorily. Any funds held in an unverified or underage account will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the mqwin Platform is lawful in your specific location. mqwin makes no representation that the services are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where it is unlawful is entirely at your own risk and at your own legal responsibility.

Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the mqwin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are required to update your account information promptly if any details change. mqwin is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. mqwin will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted using your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify mqwin support immediately by email at [email protected].

mqwin reserves the right to decline a registration application or close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it believes a user has provided false information or breached these Terms.

All financial transactions on the mqwin Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The accepted deposit methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, local bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), and USDT (TRC-20 network). Available methods and their associated limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified per payment method within the cashier interface. mqwin does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements. mqwin requires successful identity verification (KYC) to be completed before any withdrawal is processed. mqwin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawals above certain threshold amounts.

mqwin aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes published in the cashier. While the Company makes all reasonable efforts to meet these timeframes, processing times may be affected by third-party payment providers, banking holidays, or security review requirements. mqwin accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

Deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. mqwin does not accept third-party payments. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

All bets and wagers placed on the mqwin sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, and market type. These rules are accessible from within the betting interface. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a sport-specific or market-specific rule, the more specific rule shall prevail.

mqwin reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where:

• There is evidence of match fixing, corruption, or any irregularity affecting the integrity of the event;
• The bet was placed after the event or market had already been settled or the outcome was publicly known;
• Incorrect odds were published due to a technical error, and the bet was placed at those erroneous odds;
• The event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise fails to meet the minimum conditions for settlement as described in the applicable rules.

Casino games available on mqwin Casino, including live dealer tables and slot titles, use certified Random Number Generators or live dealing procedures as applicable. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session. By participating in casino games on the mqwin Platform, you acknowledge that all gambling involves risk and that you may lose your entire wagered amount.

mqwin reserves the right to limit stakes, restrict market access, or close accounts where betting patterns suggest systematic exploitation of pricing errors, collusion, or other practices detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

mqwin may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives. The specific terms of each promotion — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry dates, and withdrawal conditions — are published with each individual offer at the time it is made available. These promotion-specific terms supplement and, where relevant, override the general provisions of this section.

Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued. mqwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or technical error in the bonus issuance.

Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prior to meeting wagering requirements may result in the bonus balance being removed and the withdrawal proceeding from cash funds only.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mqwin Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform while under 18 years of age or facilitating access by minors;
• Operating or participating in schemes designed to exploit bonus terms or manipulate game outcomes;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform as a vehicle for financial crime;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mqwin staff or other users through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or misappropriate any part of the mqwin Platform's technical infrastructure or intellectual property;
• Accessing another user's account without authorisation.

mqwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated or that continued account operation presents a risk to the Platform's integrity or other users.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, mqwin is not obligated to refund deposited funds that were used in the conduct giving rise to the closure. Any decision to return unused deposited funds is at mqwin's sole discretion.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting mqwin support. Accounts with outstanding wagering requirements or pending withdrawal requests will be processed according to the applicable timelines before closure is finalised.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mqwin and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

mqwin does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside the Company's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. mqwin shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime, including bets that could not be placed or modified during a period of unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms limits mqwin's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

mqwin is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion, all accessible from your account settings. Players who believe their gambling may be causing harm are strongly encouraged to use these tools or to contact mqwin support to activate them immediately.

Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay. Once a self-exclusion is active, mqwin will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded account from being accessed. For more information, please visit the Responsible Gaming page.

mqwin reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, mqwin will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the mqwin Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which mqwin is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction, unless a specific alternative dispute resolution procedure is prescribed by applicable law.
